Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about ordering a Heiden.
How long does it take to build my bike?
Build times vary depending on the current order queue and complexity of your spec. Typically expect 8–16 weeks from deposit to delivery. We’ll give you a realistic timeframe when you enquire.
Can I really use one frame for road, gravel, and mountain riding?
Yes — that’s the core idea behind the Heiden. The frame is engineered with generous tyre clearance and multiple mounting points, so your configuration choices (tyres, drivetrain, bars) determine what kind of rider it becomes.
How does the ordering process work?
Start by using the configurator on our Bikes page to sketch out your build. Then reach out via the contact form or email. We’ll schedule a call to discuss geometry, components, and pricing before you commit to anything.
What materials do you build with?
Each frame uses carbon fibre tubes bonded into precision 3D-printed metal lugs. You choose the lug material — aluminium or titanium — which affects both the character of the build and the price.
Do you ship interstate or internationally?
Yes — we ship anywhere in Australia and internationally. Freight costs and packaging details are confirmed at the time of order.
What is the price range for a Heiden build?
Framesets start at $4,500 with aluminium lugs, or $6,000 with titanium lugs. Complete build pricing depends on your component choices — get in touch to talk through your spec.
Can I bring my own components?
Yes — we offer frameset-only builds, complete builds with components we source and fit, or a hybrid where you supply some or all of your own parts. Whatever works best for you.
