Reach out via the contact form or email. We’ll schedule a call to go through your geometry in detail, dial in the spec, and give you a firm price and realistic lead time before you commit to anything.
Your frame goes into production
Once you’re happy and the deposit is confirmed, we begin. Carbon tubes bonded into your chosen lug material — aluminium or titanium — built to your exact measurements. We’ll keep you updated along the way.
Your Heiden arrives ready to go
Delivery is carefully packaged for safe transit. We’ll follow up after handover to make sure everything is dialled in — and we’re always available if you have questions down the road.
