Custom Heiden forks are in final ISO testing. Until they clear, every build ships with a premium stock 700C fork — so builds are 700C-only for now. More wheel sizes roll out with the Heiden fork, shortly.

Every Heiden frame starts from your measurements — 3D-printed steel or titanium lugs and carbon tubes, made to a geometry computed for you alone. No sizes, no compromises. Watch it take shape live as you design it.

How it works

Dial in your fit

Enter your height, inside leg and riding style below. The geometry — every tube length and angle — is computed for your body and drawn live in 3D.

Make it yours

Wheels and tyres, lug colour, groupset and components, bottle and bag fit-checks — see exactly how your bike will sit before anything is made.

Reserve your build

A $500 deposit (AUD, incl. GST) secures your slot and sends your full specification straight to the workshop.

Approve, then we build

You receive a photorealistic render of your exact frame for approval — then the lugs are printed, the tubes are cut and bonded, and your Heiden is built.

Start with your measurements

We fit riders from 120 to 200cm. Builds are currently 700C-only while our custom fork finishes ISO testing — the 24″/26″/650B platforms return with it. Short cranks are available as always.
Suggested from your height — adjust it if you know your measurement (floor to crotch, in socks).

Stable = longer and calmer for rough roads and descents. Agile = shorter and sharper.
28mm = pure road. 45mm+ = full gravel clearance. The frame adapts around it either way. Widths follow the stock fork sizes — 28 / 32 / 38 / 45 / 50 (2.0") / 55 (2.2") / 60mm (2.4").
You can add or remove any individual part inside the builder — this just sets your starting point.
